March 3, 2010 A CLEAR MIND

There are moments when our minds are clogged with swirls and twirls . . .

It becomes too congested that we end with a dark cloud looming right above us.  We then freeze in time -- not able to move forward, not even able to step back.

Have you experienced this?  What do you do?

I take these easy steps:

Step 1:  BREATH DEEP.  It helps de-clog.  If it does not work, I move to ...

Step 2: CLEAR THE CLUTTER.  The clutter in our immediate surroundings contribute to a lot of swirls and twirls.  Once clutter-free, it becomes much easier to breath deep.  Or ...

Step 3:  LOOK FAR and let the distance PULL the swirls and twirls away.

In other words, I take time to rest. Leave the old and start anew.  Then for some reason, a clearer mind sets in like a clean blank page . . .

Try these simple steps.  There's no harm.  After all, we need a break :)
